CFL & LED - 2 Years Warranty

The Assurance of product quality and after-sale services are our top concern. To deliver our promise in quality assurance, 2 years warranty is provided to SUNSHINE CFL and LED* bulbs and candles. If there are any quality problems under normal use conditions, according to the following warranty terms, we will provide customers with a free repair or replacement service:

2 years warranty is provided to CFL and LED* bulbs and candles.
This warranty is valid for 2 years starting from the purchase date stated in the invoice. (For household user only).
Customer must present the original purchase receipt and the original warranty card to enjoy the warranty service.
The warranty does not cover:
·        Malfunction or damages resulting from Acts of God, natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and / or accidents.
·        Accidents caused by normal wear and tear.
·        Defects from using wrong electrical supply, misuse or damage by negligence and abuse.
·        Any damage due to the flows of liquid.
·        Any damage caused by not using the product as per the instruction in the User Manual.

In any case, SUNSHINE Lighting has no obligation to everything from the use of our products causes any liability arising or losses. This warranty service is valid only in Hong Kong and Singapore. Terms and conditions of the warranty service are subject to change without further notice. SUNSHINE Lighting reserves the right of final decisions.
 
* LED red candle and red bulb are not applicable to this term.
